Every qualified reply lands in Anthony's inbox with the account, the contact, the message history and the stated need together. Anthony also gets live visibility of the outreach, the conversations and the source data in a reporting portal for the length of the pilot.

The draft center map

A first draft of the center map, ready to cross out.

IBA's own center list is the best source, and until it is cleared to share, ECG built a first draft from public data. This is the federal NPI registry's picture of Texas radiation oncology: every active organization record carrying the radiation oncology center taxonomy, from the registry's monthly file dated July 13, 2026. Anthony's three direct accounts are already removed. The ask is ten minutes with a pen: cross out anything that should not be there, add what is missing, and the map is signed off. Nothing on it gets contacted before that.

What the registry does not show. Hospital radiotherapy departments that bill under the hospital's general record do not appear as separate rows. Registry entries can outlive the center they describe, so some rows here may be closed, renamed or absorbed: cross them out, that is what the draft is for. Equipment on site is not recorded anywhere in the registry. IBA's own center list beats any public draft the moment it is cleared to share. This map starts with Texas as the first cut: the same registry holds 416 radiation oncology organization records across the US as of the July 13, 2026 file, and the map extends as far as IBA clears it.

The claims boundary

Credible enough to earn the reply. Controlled enough to stay in lane.

Only IBA-approved product language is ever used.
No unapproved clinical or comparative claim, ever.
ECG never performs technical selling. Technical detail escalates to IBA immediately.
The suppression list is a hard gate. Named accounts are never touched.
